Jane Alzate ’06, Graze Craze
Jane Alzate is a dynamic entrepreneur, event producer, and proud Latina-American who brings passion, authenticity, and resilience to everything she does. With a background in business management and a strong foundation built through years of leadership within one organization, Jane made the bold decision to pivot and pursue her own path — transforming her experience, strategic mindset, and creativity into thriving businesses that reflect her vision.
As the owner of Graze Craze of Wyckoff and Signature Productions by Jane, she curates unforgettable experiences through high-end charcuterie, grazing tables, catering, and full-scale event planning. Jane has a natural talent for connecting deeply with clients, especially when they feel overwhelmed. She brings calm, clarity, and vision to every collaboration, helping others bring their ideas to life with intention and style.
Deeply committed to giving back, Jane is an active volunteer in her community and regularly supports and collaborates with local organizations, chambers of commerce, and networking groups. She is passionate about supporting and uplifting other women, leading with generosity, encouragement, and purpose, and strives to be a beam of light in every room she enters—creating space for others to feel seen, empowered, and inspired to rise.
Carly Costanza ’22, MBA ’24, Wakefern Food Corp
Carly Costanza is a Human Resources Coordinator at Wakefern Food Corp., where she supports the company’s Logistics Divisions and contributes to highlights such as talent acquisition, employee development, and managing Wakefern's internship program. She brings over 8 years of experience within the Wakefern family, beginning her career at RoNetco Supermarkets, Inc. – ShopRite for 7 years before transitioning into a higher HR role at Wakefern in 2024.
Carly holds an MBA with a concentration in HR Management ('24) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science ('22), both from William Paterson University.
Known for her passion for mentoring future industry leaders and creating empowering workplace experiences, Carly is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections, supporting early career talent, and helping individuals grow their potential. Carly is also a mentor for the WPU's Pesce Family Mentoring institution and a volunteer with American Legion Auxiliary Jersey Girls' State program that empowers highschoolers in the world of politics. In her free time, Carly can be found reading or kayaking.

The WP2 Wellness for Women event was an evening with WP powerhouses! The SOLD OUT event was designed to empower, inspire, and promote holistic health from a physical, financial, and emotional perspective. Nearly 70 attendees joined us for informative presentations, community building, and networking while destressing and unwinding. Alumnae speakers included, Jhiree Davis-Jones ’06 MEd ’13, Stefanie Shore MSN ’23, Stephanie Spies '17, and Rebecca Stegmann MA ’20.
